DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS THERE IS A GUN POINTED TO YOUR HEAD AND EVEN THEN YOU WILL BE BETTER TAKING YOUR CHANCES WITH GUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to make my complaint about Thrifty rental car service, The original price of the car was 149.99 plus a 100 for insurance, which was not listed in price and an additional cost of 149.99 which was billed at turn in. I was double charged and the best part was they offered no explanation nor did they take any time to try and sort this out in any way. My bank was involved in this issue and same results. my flight rt from Tucson AZ to Charlotte NC was only 200.00. total cost for compact car which was not available upon pick up was upgraded to full sedan increasing the fuel cost after 3 day rental was 350.00...... absolutely absurd.
